Tomos Young

Tomos Young is originally from the small town of Granville in La Manche in France.
Having studied for his baccalaureate in French Litterature, and taking dance classes in his home town under the direction of Tina Picken, he is accepted on a 3 year BA (hons) course at Doreen Bird College in 2004. His Studies ranged from classical ballet to tap, contemporary dance through to jazz, including singing and acting, including other theoretical studies.

Tomos is offered an extra year at Bird College, with an emphasis upon classical and contemporary dance, this focus leads him to get a position in the resident Laban post graduate dance company Transitions. 

He is invited to join Stopgap Dance Company for the outdoor production of 'Spun Production' over the course of 2seasons. He is then offered a full time position within the company as a dancer and access worker for the emerging dancers company SG2, developing his skills and tools within the inclusive practice. 
Now, he has moved to Norway to begin his search for new talent in order to develop his own work within the inclusive arts.
